This is an exceptional and groovy Antique Vintage Old Mid Century Modern Hard Edge Abstract Oil or Acrylic painting on denim canvas, depicting a swirling hard-edged abstraction of yellow, gold and orange. This work is rendered with a very thick palette knife impasto and appears to be unsigned. Perhaps you recognize the artist or their work? This painting likely dates to the 1960 s – 1970 s. Approximately 21 1/2 x 34 inches. Good condition for age, with some light and unnoticeable edge wear in the corners (please see photos.) This work is painted on a thick blue denim canvas, which is very unusual and adds some real charm to this painting. Acquired from a private collection in Long Beach, California.
