For sale an oil painting of an Oil Refinery scene created most likely for advertising a Mathieson plant. Painted & signed by Woodi lower left corner. I guess from around the late 1950 s to 1960. Painted in oil on board & in a gold wood frame.  Very nice dramatic composition. The frame measures 28 x 23 the actual artwork measures 24 x 18 1/2 Condition is good overall but there is a scratch to one oil tanker that was retouched poorly & one other very light scratch. (see close-up photos.) Guaranteed to be as described or it can be returned for a full refund.
