This large collection by the British artist Sylvia E. Churchward-Wade depicts charming landscape scenes and delightful still life studies. Clearly influenced by the traditions of landscape watercolour painting, Churchward-Wade has developed her own distinctive style, not only depicting views of the English countryside, but also capturing the delicate beauty of flowers.

Sylvia E. Churchward-Wade was the wife of the British watercolourist Brian C. Wade, and the two painted alongside each other for many years. Both Sylvia and Brian s work is available to buy at Sulis Fine Art.
