Description
!Alice Scott 1924-2005 One woman who found the beauty in tough times in Charleston. This is a beautiful portrait 1956 MORNING LIGHT . It is very likely Alice did this while studing with Robert Brackman. This is awesome but not perfect,as I try to show in pictures it has a couple very tiny chips, its really hard to see but could be fixed very simple or have it done. This is a very beautiful piece of Work! AND matted and framed promise the wow factor. Also, it does not come with frame or matted. That is what makes it your touch, picking out matting an FRAME, and puts your touch on it, and that makes you a piece of the painting with a great piece of history by a listed ARTIST. Also with comes a print she did for the production of Porgy an Bess in late 1940 s early 50 s it is 6 3/4 ×5 in good shape for age an have sold for 100 dollars previously as well as other info. She would paint the prints for the opera, and you could also paint a piece of history and prints open up like X-mas card with her name on front and back but is original. These come from the artists personal collection. Please contact the seller before purchasing with any questions .Please contact the seller before posting anything but 5 stars in feedback so that any issues may be resolved and remained in friends. We are also on the global shipping program for international shipping.
