Paysage, 1970’s Vintage Art Oil on canvas 19 x 23 inches – Signed by C. Komson

Vintage oil on canvas landscape painting by artist C. Komson, circa 1970 s. In overall excellent condition, considering its age, in the original ornate frame, with the artist s signature at the lower right corner.

Soft, light colours, textured, accentuated brushstrokes, depicting Mother Nature s afternoon in impressionism style (4th photo is closest to actual colours).

Frame measures about 19 x 23 x 1.5 , with minor imperfections here-there, however nothing stands out. 

The painting itself measures 16 x 20 , was unskilfully taped up to the back of the frame. We ve cleaned it up and secured it with canvas strips and staples. Also added a wire hanger.

Heavy discolouration and spotting is present in the back of the canvas, which is normal for ageing paintings
