Hello. Here is an awesome original watercolor painting of a Rainy Scene signed by Paul C Smith, an American Artist from the 20th century. Paul loved Florida and the North Carolina mountains where he found a lot of subjects for his paintings.

The artist was from Youngstown Ohio where he opened his own advertising company after serving and surviving World War II. He was a map maker during his service and used his immense talents after the war to become a watercolor artist. He painted many diverse subjects over his life which sadly will be sold here. He died in 2002 from cancer.

Since I am unable to provide proper space and display for such amazing artwork, I am giving the rest of the world a chance to own such magnificent pieces of art at incredibly discounted prices.
