“So The Darkness Shall Be The Light” 2007 Gouache painting 20×17 inches – by TS Eliot

PALM BEACH ESTATE FIND!! We are offering a few pieces from the estate of a local art collector. This is an original painting, likely gouache on paper, signed lower right (illegibly) and dated 2004. The title is “So Shall The Darkness Shall Be The Light #3” which is a quote from the TS Eliot poem WAIT WITHOUT HOPE. It’s an interesting, dark and evocative work. I wish I could identify the artist but will leave that research up to you!

The piece measures 17” x 20” framed under glass in black wood. The art measures approximately 8” x 12” within the matte. Condition is excellent with very light scuffing to the frame. It’s ready to hang and enjoy. Please ask any and all questions prior to offer or purchase.
