“First Love” is a visual representation of the complexities of first love. The artist uses a collage of various artistic elements, such as novels, musical characters, and poems, which are traditionally used to express love. Through this combination, Park suggests that traditional language is inadequate to capture the depth and intensity of first love’s emotions.
